These shipping and returns policies are in place to protect you the buyer as well as Awesome Beginnings 4 Children.
- Orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Business days are Monday Ė Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 pm CST/CDT are considered ordered on the next business day.
- When your item has shipped you will receive an email confirming the shipping status. This email will also contain your tracking number so that you can track the status of your package during its journey to you.
- Please allow 2 Ė 6 business days for delivery once your items have been shipped. Orders will ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery time of items vary depending on carrier and service. If you need items faster (overnight/ 2 day/3 day shipping) please Contact Us for a rate quote.
- Free shipping applies to all orders that total $149.00 or more (prior to sales tax for Minnesota orders). The Free Shipping offer applies to orders that ship to the 48 contiguous states only. Sales Tax (7.125%) is charged on taxable items for Minnesota orders. Cloth diapers are considered clothing and are not taxable.
- Some larger orders ship direct from our supplier.
- Amazon items are purchased on the Amazon site and ship from Amazon.com. Please refer to their site for purchase terms such as payment, shipping, and returns.
- Mother-ease products ship to US addresses only. International buyers please Contact Us for information on International orders.
- We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
- If there is a problem with your item please Contact Us immediately!
- You must Contact Us prior to returning your merchandise. We will furnish you with a Return Authorization Number to include with your return.
- You, the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original and return shipping charges will not be refunded unless you are returning the item as a result of our error - i.e.: we sent you the wrong item.
- Items that were shipped to you, the buyer, with a "free shipping" promotion will have a $19.00 shipping fee subtracted from the refund (or the actual packaging/shipping charges if they were less than $19.00) to help cover the cost of the original packaging/shipping costs. Returning an item voids any promotion offered for that item.
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed and in the original condition. Items with tags must have the tags still intact. All additional materials that were included with the item when it was shipped must be returned with the item - i.e.: instructions, manuals, packaging, warranties, etc. We are unable to make any refunds for items that have been used or are missing any parts, manuals, instructions, or other "included" items.
- Please enclose a copy of the packing slip or a paper with the following: the date of your order, your name, address, telephone number(s) and email address. Remember to Contact Us before returning your item. We will furnish you with a Return Authorization Number to include with your item return.
- We recommend that you purchase insurance for your return. Insurance is available for a very minimal cost through USPS (United States Postal Service) or free/included for the first $100 of item value through UPS. We cannot be responsible for returns that get lost in the mail.
- We will inspect your returned item and refund you (if the item meets the return conditions stated above) within five business days of receipt. Your refund will be returned to you in the same form that payment was made (Paypal or credit card).
- If you decide you want to cancel your order and the order hasnít shipped yet we will cancel your order and issue you a refund.
- Emails are checked several times daily but we canít guarantee that your e-mail will be seen prior to shipping your order. If you would like to cancel your order the best way to do that is to call Toll Free at 1-888-246-3114.
Warranties/Defective Merchandise:We take pride in offering top quality merchandise. In the event that you receive defective merchandise you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. All of the manufacturers prefer to handle their defective merchandise directly. If you need our assistance with this donít hesitate to Contact Us. Mother-ease Diapers Mother-ease strives to please their customers by providing them with durable, well-designed cloth diapers and accessories. They warrant their products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three months from the date of purchase. Refused Deliveries:If you refuse delivery or have given an incorrect/insufficient shipping address and the order is returned to Awesome Beginnings 4 Children we will issue you a refund minus the shipping charges that we were charged to ship the order to you. If we were charged to have the package returned to us, this amount will also be deducted from the refund.
Amazon.com Items:From time to time we offer Amazon products that we feel may be of benefit and interest to you. Products offered through Amazon are ordered and purchased on the Amazon site and questions about payment, shipping, returns, etc. should be directed to them.
